• Subaru retails 7,468 units for best-ever September and second-best month in company history
• Crosstrek and Forester record their best September ever
• Subaru records best-ever third quarter, surpassing Q3 2025 by 35 per cent
• All four regions set new September sales records

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Oct. 5, 2026 /CNW/ -- Subaru Canada, Inc. (SCI) continued its record-setting sales pace in September, retailing 7,468 units for a 46.4 per cent increase over September 2025. The result marked the company's best September ever and its second-best month on record.

SCI also closed out its strongest third quarter ever, surpassing the same period last year by 35 per cent and the previous third-quarter record, set in 2021, by 19.9 per cent. Through the first nine months of 2026, Subaru has retailed 55,878 units, a 1.4 per cent increase over the same period last year.

Crosstrek and Forester both established new September sales records, with Crosstrek also recording its second-best month ever. Crosstrek, Forester, Outback and Solterra all surpassed their September 2025 results.

The strong September performance extended across the country. All four Subaru Canada regions recorded their best September ever, while the Eastern and Western regions each posted their second-best month on record. Year to date, Atlantic, Central and Western regions have improved on their 2025 results.
